A folder full of files can only answer questions about file names and dates — and the file name is exactly what you have forgotten. What you do remember is that it said "heat pump", and that it was around the year you moved.
Jodoc searches what is written inside your documents. Receipts, contracts, manuals, letters from school: type a word that appears in the document and it comes up. No folder navigation, no guessing what past-you called the file.
Scanned paper counts too
A scan or a photo is just an image — there is no text in it to search until someone reads it. Jodoc reads it for you, in Swedish and English, and it happens by itself as the document arrives. You do not press anything, and a really thick scan is the only case where it takes more than a moment.
Recognise the right one without opening it
Results show a thumbnail and a preview page, so you can tell the right invoice from the four that look like it without opening anything. Add a tag filter or two and a few hundred documents become the one you meant.
